We offer two rhythms of chapel throughout the week—each rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition and open to all.
These are our foundational gatherings, shaped by a spacious rhythm of shared silence, a sacred reading, and sacred sharing in community.
Each contemplative chapel is a one-hour online gathering. Our format includes a 20-minute period of shared silence, followed by a brief spiritual reading, time for reflection, and optional sharing.
Guided practice chapels are led by experienced hosts who gently introduce the practice and guide participants in the meditation/prayer. Each session is gently guided and focused on embodied consent, compassion, and healing presence.
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to be present and open to where the Spirit may lead you.
